MAISON GUILLEN — SHIPPING POLICY

At Maison Guillen, every fragrance is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure a luxurious experience from our atelier to your doorstep.

Domestic Shipping — United States

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Ground Shipping: $8.00 per order.

Complimentary Ground Shipping: Available on orders of $100 or more, before applicable taxes.

Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are carefully reviewed, prepared, and packaged before shipment.

Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping transit time. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Fragrance Shipping Restrictions

Because Maison Guillen fragrances contain alcohol, they may be classified as regulated or flammable materials for transportation.

Orders are shipped using eligible domestic ground transportation services in accordance with applicable carrier and transportation regulations.

Certain destinations or addresses may be ineligible for shipping due to these restrictions. If an order cannot be shipped legally or safely, we will contact the customer to arrange a cancellation and refund.

Packaging

Each Maison Guillen fragrance is packaged with care to help protect the bottle and presentation packaging during transportation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at info@maisonguillen.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and assist with an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.
